1. Job Title: CAD Analyst and Simula8on Engineer

Job Overview:
The CAD Analyst and Simula3on Engineer will be responsible for developing and execu3ng
complex simula3ons to test and validate the performance, durability, and reliability of
mechanical models under various extreme condi3ons. The role will require advanced simula3on
techniques, collabora3on with cross-func3onal teams, and an in-depth understanding of
mechanical, thermal, and fluid dynamics analysis.
Key Responsibili3es:
• Simula3on Development: Develop and execute simula3ons to test the performance,
durability, and reliability of mechanical models under various environmental condi3ons
such as vacuum, temperature extremes, radia3on, and more.
• Advanced Simula3on Tools: Use advanced simula3on tools and soFware to model the
mechanical, thermal, and fluid dynamics aspects of the system. SoFware tools such as
MATLAB & Simulink, MSc NASTRAN, ANSYS, and others are to be leveraged for accurate
modeling.
• Simula3on Analysis and Repor3ng: Analyze simula3on results to extract meaningful
insights, iden3fying poten3al design flaws, weaknesses, or areas for improvement.
Provide detailed recommenda3ons to enhance design performance and safety.
• Collabora3on with Design Teams: Work closely with mechanical designers, engineers,
and other teams to apply the simula3on findings to the design process, ensuring that
products meet all performance and safety requirements.
• Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA): Conduct FMEA to assess poten3al risks and
failure points in the design and simula3on models. Provide risk assessments to ensure
that designs are robust and reliable.
• Compliance with Industry Standards: Ensure that all simula3ons and analyses comply
with relevant industry standards and regula3ons, including aerospace and automo3ve
standards where applicable.
• Basic Coding Knowledge: U3lize basic coding skills (e.g., in MATLAB, Python, or similar)
to automate and op3mize simula3on processes, increasing the efficiency and accuracy
of tes3ng and analysis.
• Con3nuous Improvement: Stay up to date with emerging simula3on techniques and
industry best prac3ces. Con3nuously improve processes and tools used for simula3ons
and analysis.

Required Qualifica3ons:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Robo3cs Engineering, or a
related field.
• Proficiency in advanced simula3on tools such as ANSYS, MSc NASTRAN, FEA, and
Thermal Analysis soFware.
• Strong experience using MATLAB and Simulink for modeling and simula3on.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, thermal, and fluid dynamics analysis techniques.
• Experience in conduc3ng Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and risk
assessments.
• Ability to analyze complex simula3on results and communicate findings and
recommenda3ons to design teams.
• Basic programming skills in MATLAB, Python, or similar languages to automate
simula3ons and streamline analysis workflows.

detailed designs, conduc3ng analysis, and collabora3ng with engineering teams to ensure the

Key Responsibili3es:
• 3D Modeling and Structural Design: Proficiently create detailed and realis3c 3D models
and structural designs from ini3al idea3on and sketches. Ensure designs are both

• Design Specifica3ons Compliance: Ensure all designs meet basic mechanical
requirements and specifica3ons such as durability, stability, and func3onality. Review
