• Making customs clearance for import-export shipment
• Prepare booking, import, export document, payment for shipment, control shipment status.
• Manage forwarder, suppliers, handle with customer request or trouble.
• Working with customs office if necessary.
Achievement and Gains:
• Good knowledge on Import-Export activities for factory (automotive machines, parts)
• Working under high pressure, skill in solving problem, especially in urgent case.

MASS TRADING VIETNAM CO., LTD JUL-2016 - NOW

SALES ASSISTANT, SHIPPING, PURCHASING STAFF

Main task:
• Assit Japanese Manager on create quotation for complying Vietnam law and regulation for
machines and parts.
• Order management from PO until payment
• Receive requests and complaints from customers and find out solution
