Terms & Conditions:
• Quoted price is valid for 2 days only due to current market up and downs.
• Delivery and installation will be done within 10 working days from the date of confirmation of order.
• Payment terms include 80% Advance, 20% after delivery of goods.
• Once products delivered at the premises of the customer, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure safety and security of supplied goods.
• Zero Export device is not included in the package.
• Net-metering process may take up to 25-30 Days. Process time may vary as due to process delay by DISCO and NEPRA officials.
• On grid/Grid-tied system will shut down automatically during load shedding/power outage by DISCOs. These systems do not support storage facility
like back up batteries. However, these systems operate only with ‘Zero Export’ device or Bi-directional/Green meter.
• Extension of ‘Sanctioned Load’ will be the responsibility of customer itself.
• 6 Months free Operation & Maintenance (O&M) facility up to 4 site visits will be free during O&M period
• The brands of each good mentioned may vary based on current availability in market. Company will inform the customer about change in brand of
goods before the final installation.
• Solar Panels, Solar Inverter and any other accessories damaged due to the unforeseeable circumstances will not be claimed in Warranty.
• For customize structure requirement at site, charges will be charged separately as per required design
