The Competent Authority has accepted your offered rates in connection

with the subject work. The total cost of the work at the accepted rates works
out to Rs. 3611771.19 (Rupees Thirty-Six Lakh Eleven Thousand Seven
Hundred And Seventy-One Rupees And Nineteen Paise Only)

A sum of Rs.63100 deposited as Earnest Money vide IREPS reference ID

PE643323557981 has been retained towards initial Security Money for due
and faithful fulfillment of the contract, and the balance Security Money will be
recovered from the progressive bills @ 6 % of the bill amount till it reaches 5
% of the contract value in terms of clause 16(1) of Standard General Condition
of Contract (GCC) . Security Deposit@ 5% of the contract value i.e. rupees
180588.56 should be deposit by the firm. The Bid security value i.e. rupees
63100.00/- deposited by you with your offer/Tender is retain with railway as
part of security deposit. You are requested to deposit remaining SD to the tune
of rupees (Rs. 180588.56 - Rs 63100 = Rs 117488.56) (Rupees One Lakh
Seventeen thousands Four Hundred Eighty Eight and Fifty Six paisa only) in
the form of Cash/DD/Banker's Cheque in favor of Dy.FA&CAO(W&S),NWR,
Ajmer or it can be recovered @ 6% of the bill amount till the full security
deposit recovered

You are requested to submit Performance Guarantee in the form as given

in Clause 16(4) of Standard General Condition of Contract (GCC) equivalent
to 5 % of the contract value amounting to Rs. 180588.56 (Rupees One Lakh
Eighty Thousand Five Hundred And Eighty-Eight Rupees And Fifty-Six Paise
Only) within 21 days from the date of issue of Letter of Acceptance, valid up
to stipulated date of completion plus 60 days so that contract agreement can be
executed. If PG is submitted beyond 21days and upto 60days from date of
issue of LOA, a penal interest of 12% per annum shall be charged for delay
beyond 21days i.e. from 22nd days after the date of issue of LOA. In case you
fails to submit the requisite PG even after 60days from the date of issue of
 LOA, the contract will be terminated duly forfeiting Bid security money and
other dues, if any debarred from participating in re-tender for this work.

The entire work shall be completed within 5 month from the date of issue
of Letter of Acceptance.
