2. This pertains to the 22nd Regional Oversight Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs


and EMPO held on July 31, 2025, 9:00 AM at RCC War Room, Camp Col Romeo A
Abendan, Mercedes, Zamboanga City, presided over by PCOL MUAMMAR A
MUKARAM, C, ROD/Vice Chairperson.
