Additional Mandatory Charges (One-Time & Annual):

o Students are required to cover the cost of their first air ticket, airport
pickup, and travel insurance. These will be charged at actual rates, with an
approximate total of 30,000 to 50,000 Rs.
o University Registration Fees, Provisional Admission Letter, University
Invitation Fees, Rector order Issuance, Police Registration, MFA
Registration, Documentation Translation, Contractor Charges,
Representative Allowance, Immigration Clearance Assistance: 65,000 Rs.
o Consultancy Fees: 75,000 Rs.
o Apostille & Visa Processing Fees: 30,000 Rs.
o All Fees will be Non-Refundable, 18% GST will be applicable on Consultancy
Fees.
• Need to pay in Russia
o Administrative Charge: 1000 USD To be Paid in Russia.
o Medical Check-up & Insurance (Annual): 7,500 - 15,000 RUB.
o Visa Extension & Registration (Annual): 1,600 - 2,000 RUB.
o Document Translation, Notarization, Legalization (One-Time): 25,000 RUB.
o Biometric & Fingerprinting (One-Time): 2,500 - 5,000 RUB.
o Mess/Food charges are approximately $50 - $100 per month, depending
on individual food habits.
o Government hostel charges range from 10,000 to 40,000 RUB per year and
are subject to availability. In case of non-availability, private hostel
accommodation will be arranged at a cost of 50,000 to 80,000 RUB per
year.
• Every year air ticket & Medical Insurance is from student side.
Note:
• Management & Government Reserved the Rights to Change Process & Charges of
Services- Visa Processing, TRC (Temporary Residence Card)/Visa Extension, Air Ticket,
Hostel, Mess, Accommodation and Food as Per Market Circumstances. If any
additional cost will occur due to COVID i.e. quarantine, additional cost in airfare etc.
will strictly take care by student/parents.
• Tuition fees and hostel/mess fees are payable based on the prevailing exchange rate
at the time of payment. For estimation purposes, the rate is commonly considered as
1 RUB = 1 INR, and 1 USD = ₹83.
• Tuition fees are subject to an annual increase of 5–10%. This is just an approximate
rate, and students are required to pay the tuition fees as specified in their official
admission letter, regardless of future adjustments.
• Before applying for a Russian student visa, students must undergo mandatory medical
tests, including a TB (Tuberculosis) test and other health checks.
