 Terms & conditions

1 Reservation for various categories will be executed as per Government Rules. In case of, candidate not found for reserved category as above the final selection will be based on purely on performance in personal interview on merit basis from other categories please note it.

2 Medical Superintendent MH-ESI Society, Hospital may increase or decrease or cancel filling up of any or all the post without assingning any reasons.

3 The recruitments are purely on contractual basis and selected candidate will have no claim for regularization of the service in the hospital.

4 Candidates should also be in possession of the certificates in the prescribed format in the support of their claim.

5 Selected candidates will have to sign agreement of Terms & Conditions on Rs.100 stamp paper to be purchased by the candidate prior to joining.

6 In case regular incumbent joins the appointment of concern faculty will be terminated automatically as per the condition of the contract.

7 No TA/DA will be admissible for walk In Interviews or joining the post.

8 Selected candidates will have to join on immediately.

9 The selected candidate will be informed about the joining date on their registered address/E-mail/phone noumber.

11 If The Candidate is working at the any institute, candidate will have to submit the "No Objection Certificate" from the current employer and also have to submit the resignation acceptance from the current employer

12 The duties of Medical Officer will be decided/scheduled by the Medical Superintendent E.S.I.S.Hospital, Worli as & when necessary.

13 In case of selection candidates needs to join duty within 07 days from the date of offer of appointment.
