OBJECTIVE

The objectives of the system are-


 To reduce paperwork.
 Reduced operational time.
 Increased accuracy and reliability.
 Increased operational efficiency.
 Data security.
This software package can be readily used by non-programming personal avoiding human
handled chance of error. This project is used by two types of users
i. Talking
ii. Queries
(i) Anyone can talk anything here that they don't share in family or friend circuls.

(ii) Any of kind of Query the Virtual Assistant is Answerable. So You can solve your any issue.

New features can be added as per requirements.


MODIFICATION AND IMPROVEMENT OVER THE EXISTING
IMPLEMENTATION

Present State of Project:

 No Software present at all.


 Less time Consumed in accessing Command
 Manually Command added there by the devloper.
 If any kind of query th vi was not answerable then developer got notification .
 Headache of placement cell is more to manage the information command .

After implementation of project:

 Easy to use GUI.


 The Vi that answerable for anything So Easy way to answered.
 Respective eligible students can get informed by email automatically.
 List of users can use for a long term.
 It's Completely free to use .
 Burden of queries cell decreases.
SCOPE OF PROJECT

This project has a large scope as it has the following features which help in making it easy to use,
understand and modify it:

 Automation of Answering Procedure


 No Need to do Paper Work.
 To save the environment by using paper free work.
 To increase the accuracy and efficiency of the IT procedure.
 Management of Command Data.

This software package can be readily used by non-programming personal avoiding human

 CSS: - CSS is cascading style sheet which is used to give designer look to HTML using
the external file.
 Java script: - Java script is used for client side scripting which can help in using
validation on the website and many more other functions.
