Equipped with World Leading Brands like Reishauer, Klingelnberg, Gleason, WMW and
MAHR in Gear Division and Mitsui Seiki, Mori Seiki and Doosan in Machining Division.
Following ISO 9001 procedures strictly throughout the process and ensuring the quality of the
parts in every stage. Our quality department has been equipped with Klingelnberg CNC Gear
tester, Mahr CNC Gear tester and Brown & Sharp CNC CMM.

For deciding proper size of the gear unit, a suitable service factor is to be considered. For

Above table is the allowed loading force on the midpoint of output shaft. When the reducer is with double output shafts, the
resultant radial power at the edge of shaft should not exceed the values specified as in above table. The max allowed axial
thrust is 1/5 of radial force while force and axial force effected together.
