3.75(f)
Housing facilities, general.
A large rat and numerous large roaches were seen in the inside portion of the enclosures housing a male Eastern black-
and-white colobus monkey and a male Red-tailed monkey. The floor and lower walls of the interior portions of the building
were wet and there was standing water around the entrance door making it difficult to enter the building. Improper
drainage systems and standing water where the animals are contained may result in noxious odors, spreading of
diseases, insect infestation, and/or other health hazards. Housing facilities for non-human primates must be constructed
and maintained so that waste and water are rapidly eliminated to keep the animals dry, minimize vermin and pest
infestation, insects, and disease hazards.
Correct by September 1st, 2025.

This inspection and exit interview were conducted with a facility representative.
