DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale of a parcel of land is executed by and between KATIPUNAN RURAL FINANCE INC., a
corporation duly organized in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines with office address at
Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte duly represented by its President MS. LETICIA G. LOQUINARIO, Filipino, of legal
age, married and a resident of Barangay Dos, Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte, herein referred to as the
VENDOR and Spouses RAYMOND M. DUMAPIAS and MABEL LORDDEARIE E. DUMAPIAS, Filipinos, of legal ages
and residents of Pinan, Zamboanga del Norte, herein referred to as the VENDEE,

WITNESSETH:

That the VENDOR is the absolute owner of a parcel of land, under Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-76071, more
particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot No. 5831-A-6-H) of the subdivision plan, Psd-09-00-3287, being a portion of Lot 58-A-6,
(LRC) Psd-250207, situated in the Poblacion, Pinan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, Island of Mindanao,
containing an area of Two Hundred Sixty Three (263), square meters, more or less;”

That for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Ph150,000.00), Philippine
Currency in hand paid by the VENDEE - Spouses RAYMOND M. DUMAPIAS and MABEL LORDDEARIE E.
DUMAPIAS to the VENDOR receipt of which is hereby acknowledged to the latter’s satisfaction, the VENDOR
does hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY absolutely and unconditionally the said property described
above together with all improvements thereon found unto the VENDEE – Spouses RAYMOND M. DUMAPIAS and
MABEL LORDDEARIE E. DUMAPIAS, their heirs, assigns and successor-in-interest free from liens and
encumbrances.

In witness whereof, the Vendor through its authorized representative has hereunto signed this deed of absolute
sale of a parcel of land, this _________________________ at Dipolog City, Philippines.
