was returned as "not known" attempts,
on 01.04.2025. Despite several
thiseiendant purposely evadedthe eervice of summons. Hence it 1s just
and necessary to serve notice t Aefendants by way of substituted
Service. lt 1s just and necessary to order for paper publication, otherwise
I will be put to irreparable loss and hardship.
3 ltis therefore prayed that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to order
for substituted service to the respondent/defendant by way of paper
publication in any one English daily issue and thus render justice.
