A RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER THE 10% SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN FUNDS AMOUNTING ONE HUNDRED
SIXTY EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTEEN PESOS AND 80/100 ONLY (P 168,116.80) IN SEPARATE
ACCOUNTS OF SK TINANQUIHAN.
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 20 (a) of the Sk Republic Act of 2015, Republic Act No.10742 Ten
Percent (10%) of the General Fund of the Barangay shall set aside the SK. The Sangguniang Kabataan
shall appropriate the SK Funds in Lump-sum, which shall be disbursed solely for youth development and
empowerment purposes.
WHEREAS, such JMC Financial Independence of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) in spending its 10% fund
as provided under Republic Act No. 10742, this means that it shall be automatically released by the
Barangay in the Sangguniang Kabataan.
NOW THEREFORE, On motion of Barangay kagawad GENE B. VARGAS duly seconded by Barangay
kagawad Josefina D. Albino, be it
RESOLVED FURTHER, as it is hereby resolved to transfer the 10% SK Fund from the General Fund of CY
2023 amounting ONE HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTEEN PESOS AND 80/100
ONLY (P168,116.80) Only.
RESOLVED FINALLY that copies of this resolution be furnished to all offices and concern.

A RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER THE 10% SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN FUNDS AMOUNTING TO TWO
HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN PESOS AND 50/100 (269,197.50) IN
SEPARATE ACCOUNTS OF SK TINANQUIHAN.
WHEREAS, In accordance with Section 20 (a) of the SK Republic Act of 2015, Republic Act No. 10742 Ten
Percent (10%) of the General Fund of the Barangay shall set aside the SK. The Sangguniang Kabataan
