During sales and at other times it is possible to buy an item at a reduced price. IFan item is marked ‘20%
of” its price is reduced by 20% of the normal price.

Commission
Some salespersons are ‘paid on commission’. This means they earn a base (fixed) amount each week and
an extra (variable) amount which depends on how much they sold during the week.
