CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

I understand that the signing of this form is an acknowledgment of my professional


responsibility to maintain complete integrity of the security and confidentiality for
Dynamic Learning Program (DLP) Assessment and in consideration of the
opportunity to participate in and receive the benefits of DLP Assessment.

I declare that I will not divulge any DLP Assessment project information, trial
materials, test materials, processes, contents or results, or any other materials,
documents or information pertaining to the project, or its clients or suppliers, to
any person or organization unless I have prior written approval from the Bureau of
Education Assessment – Education Research Division.

I understand that the above does not apply to information that is in the public
domain.

Furthermore, I will endeavor to act professionally and diplomatically in my role as a


testing personnel.
