Subject: Application for the Position of Healthcare Operations Executive (Entry-Level)

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my keen interest in the position of Healthcare Operations Executive (Junior) at your
esteemed organization. I have recently completed my 4th semester end examination of MBA in Healthcare
Management from Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory
Technology (BMLT) from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

My academic journey and internship experiences have prepared me with both clinical and administrative
perspectives crucial for operational roles in healthcare. During my internships as Medical Lab Technician at
Trauma Centre & Superspecialty Hospital, IMS-BHU, Pathkind Labs, Shanti Pathology, and Laxmi Diagnostics,
I developed proficiency in lab processes, OPD blood collection, blood bank, phlebotomy, and patient handling
under real-world conditions. My role as a Business Development Associate (Marketing intern) at HoloGrad, a
EdTech company equipped me with skills in data-driven decision-making, marketing analytics, and cross-
functional collaboration.

In BMLT, I did one project: “Blood Cross Matching”

During MBA, I undertook two major projects:
“Analysis of Effectiveness of Different Marketing Channels and their Impact on Customer Acquisition and
Retention”
“Optimizing Healthcare Delivery and Operations: Innovative Solutions to Industry- Defined Challenges”,
where I explored innovations like smart hospitals, drone technology in medical supply chains, automated
medication dispensing systems, strategies to reduce wait times in emergency departments, blockchain in health
records, and remote patient monitoring, with Apollo Hospitals as a case study. These projects developed my
problem-solving abilities, understanding of hospital functional departments, and operational efficiency
strategies.

I am enthusiastic about contributing to your mission of quality healthcare delivery through operational excellence,
technology adoption, and patient-centered systems. I am flexible with salary and open to learning from ground-
level responsibilities in this entry-level position.
Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to the opportunity to discuss how I can be a valuable
asset to your operations team.

Warm regards,

Riddhi Sinha
