Arlington Public Schools uses PowerSchool for ALL student records and information.
Please read instructions
below to access your parent account to be able to complete forms and track your child(ren)’s grades, etc.
The login page for PowerSchool accounts can be found on the school website under
Parents & Students/PowerSchool Login or at https://arlington.nebps.org/public/home.html. There is also a phone
App for PowerSchool, just search PowerSchool in your phone’s app store. When you go to login on the App, it will
ask for a district code. Our district code is: GKBM.
If you are the parent of a student that attended Arlington Public Schools last year:
You should already have an account in your name. The login information is as follows:
Username:
Password: There isn’t a password attached to your account. You will need to go to the
link and select Forgot Username or Password. You will use your username (formatted
above) and email address to connect to your account. The system will require you to set up a
password.
Once you do this, you should be able to login and see all of your children that attend Arlington
Public Schools. See the bottom of this page for further instructions on how to complete all
required forms.
If the system doesn’t recognize your email and username, you will need to create a new account
using the instructions in the next section.
If you are the parent of a new student, or if the system doesn’t recognize your username and password,
please use the instructions below:
You will need to create a new account. Select the Create Account tab. You can create your
own username and password based on what you will remember. Enter this information for the child you
are connecting to:
If you have more than one student at Arlington Public Schools, you will be able to connect to each of them
all at once by entering their specific Access ID and password.
Once your account has been created, you will have to verify your email address. Check your
email for the verification link. Once your email address has been verified, you will be able
to access the forms, etc. using the instructions below.
If you are the parent of a new student and you completed your enrollment through PowerSchool:
There are new forms available for you in the system, these are the forms that are required every
year.
Please login to your account, select your child and complete all forms that are not marked as
Completed or Pending.
REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS:
Once you are in your PowerSchool account and can see all your children, you will select each child and select the
Forms tab on the left hand side of the screen. You will need to complete all forms for each child.
Once your child is in 5th grade, they will receive their own login and password so they can check their grades.
