I am writing to formally request the use of a vehicle from Barangay Sto.
Domingo, Nabua, Camarines Sur, to transport participants to the OPSCI
(Organization of Philippine Science Clubs, Inc.) Leadership Congress. The
congress is scheduled to take place on August 19-20, 2025, at the Holy
Rosary Major Seminary in Naga City.
This congress is a vital event for young leaders in our region, providing a
platform for learning, collaboration, and the development of essential
leadership skills. The participants from our barangay would greatly benefit
from attending this event. However, transportation to and from Naga City
poses a significant challenge.
Having access to a reliable vehicle from our barangay would ensure that our
participants can attend the congress safely and punctually. We are
committed to covering the fuel expenses. We would be deeply grateful if you
would consider our request and grant us the use of a suitable vehicle for this
important event. Your support would contribute significantly to the success
