Lesson Title: Maintain solar electrical systems


Level: 2

Location: Both Workshop and Classroom

Learning Objectives:
 Identify solar panel, batteries, eventer and kinds of load to be installed with solar
systems
 Wire and test the installed solar system.
 Follow health and safety procedures during practical work

Resources/Materials Needed:
 Books
 Solar panel, batteries, inverter, Cables, switches and bulbs.
 Circuit diagrams
 Hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, multimeter, strippers, etc.)
 PPE (gloves, goggles, overcoat and helmet)

 Group Discussion
 Hands-on Practical Work
