The principle and introduction
of
PART millimeter wave radar sensor
Millimeter wave (mmWave) is a special type of radar technology that uses short-wavelength electromagnetic waves. The radar system transmits an
electromagnetic wave signal that is blocked and then reflected by an object in its transmission path. By capturing the reflected signal, the radar system can
determine the distance, speed and angle of the object. Millimeter wave radar transmits a signal with a wavelength of millimeters. This wavelength is considered
short in the electromagnetic spectrum, which is one of the advantages of this technology. It is true that the size of system components (such as antennas)
required to process millimeter wave signals is very small. Another advantage of the short wavelength is high accuracy. Millimeter wave systems operating at
frequencies of 76–81GHz (corresponding to a wavelength of about 4mm) will be able to detect movements as small as a few tenths of a millimeter. A complete
millimeter wave radar system includes transmit (TX) and receive (RX) radio frequency (RF) components, as well as analog components such as clocks, and
digital components such as analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), microcontrollers (MCUs), and digital signal processors (DSPs). In the past, these systems have
been implemented with discrete components, which increased power consumption and overall system cost. Its complexity and high frequency requirements make
system design challenging.
LED indicator light: There are two LED indicators, red and
green, on the front of the radar.
u The red light is the power light, which stays on after the power is turned on. The red
light flashes or is off: the radar power supply is unstable and the 12V adapter needs to
be replaced.
u The green light is the status light. The green light turns on after the target is detected
in the area and turns off after the target disappears. The green light is always on:
the target is detected or the background environment changes. You need to connect
the APP via Bluetooth or the computer via 485 to check the data to determine the
cause.

ITS-TXX
The ITS-TXX radar operates in the 77-81GHz frequency band, with an operating bandwidth of up to 4GHz, a distance resolution of 4cm, and a
ranging accuracy of up to 5cm. The transceiver antenna adopts a multi-transmit and multi-receive mode with extremely high angle resolution; the
signal processing and control unit adopts a DSP + ARM dual-core architecture, and runs advanced algorithms such as radar data processing, target
detection and target recognition on the high-speed digital signal processor inside the on-chip processor. It can accurately identify and distinguish
targets such as people and cars in the parking lot entrance and exit area, and guide the camera system to perform license plate recognition or control
the barrier lift.

on. The Status LED Indicator turns green while targets detected and goes out while

5. Do not place any object in radar detection range to avoid wrong trigger;
6. The installation stand column must be fixed firmly to avoid column shake and radar abnormal.
