with visibility, responsive design, product catalogue and payment gateway. It will sync with the
social media channels, for a better reach.

Manage: With the BizHQ web portal, the business can update their website whenever it is
needed, be it for relevant business updates, products or services. Business would be able to
manage all potential customer enquiries across all digital channels (website, FB, Twitter, GMB
etc.) and enable your customers to transact with you digitally.

Grow: Customers can contact directly. No hefty fees or margins, which businesses have to pay

8. What to expect once you take the solution

Once you register for the BizHQ, you would get a terms and condition mail where we seek an
approval from your side to start onboarding with acceptance of terms and conditions. The pur-
pose is to collect and verify the necessary data to enable the solution.

your team on the given solution.

9. Responsibility of content on your website:

The core philosophy of NowFloats is to enable businesses to create content easily. This content
fuels the BizHQ technology to optimize the website for local visibility.

Since you understand your business the best, we recommend you to have a person in your
team who is responsible to regularly create content (latest updates, offers, products catalog,
custom pages etc) for the website. We recommend that you should not copy-and-paste con-
tent from another website on to your given BizHQ website.

The onboarding manager assigned to you will train the team in terms product features and its
usability. The training session (~2 hours) will be conducted via online medium based on your
availability.
