I am writing to complain about the unsatisfactory workmanship related to the recent


construction work carried out at my property.

The work was completed on 20 July 2025 and involved fixing the kitchen tiles and painting
the living room walls. Unfortunately, the tiles were unevenly placed, with several already
coming loose. The paintwork is also patchy and poorly finished, with visible brush marks
and missed spots.

This level of workmanship is not what I expected from a professional company. I trusted
your services and paid in full, assuming that the job would be done properly and to a high
standard. Clearly, this has not been the case.

I would appreciate it if you could send someone to inspect the work and carry out the
necessary corrections within the next seven days. Please confirm when this can be
