remains very low.
I am very disappointed with the quality of the service provided. I trusted your company to carry
out professional and long-lasting repairs, but unfortunately, the result has been far from
satisfactory. I paid the full amount for the work, and I believe I deserve better service.
I would appreciate it if you could send a qualified technician to inspect and properly fix the issue
within the next five working days, at no extra cost. Please let me know as soon as possible what
steps you plan to take to resolve this matter.
