Technical Specifications. Scope includes
Unloading of the DG Set at Site. The supplied
DG Set (Complete Package) shall be covered
under OEM Warranty for a period of 02 Years
from the date of Commissioning.

Scope of supply & work
Scope of work covers the minimum requirements for the design, manufacturing,
procurement of materials and inspection, testing, supply, packing, shipment, and
delivery to site of CPCB IV+ Compliant Diesel Generator Package.
The scope of supply shall be in accordance with the latest revision of Data
sheets, Specifications along with documents specified herein and applicable
codes and standards. The Vendor shall be fully responsible for the design,
material, manufacturing, inspection, testing at works and site, delivery, and
supervision of installation and perform commissioning of the DG Set Package at
site.
Diesel Generator set rating shall be the Prime Rated Apparent Power output
(kVA), in accordance with ISO 8528, of the set at the design conditions specified
for the site. Vendor shall account for the temperature rise inside the acoustic
enclosure during full load operation. The enclosure ventilation system shall be
designed accordingly. Diesel Generator set shall be located outdoor in an
acoustic enclosure. Acoustic enclosure shall house the Diesel Generator set skid,
control panel, as well as the battery bank.
Exhaust piping bends etc. and necessary hardware and supporting material as
per CPCB norms shall be supplied by Vendor for safe and standard installation at
site. Height of building to be consider for sizing of exhaust stack.
This scope of work which includes Dismantling of existing DG set and
exhaust stack and related works for Both 600 KVA and 400 kVA DG sets.
Installation and commissioning
Vendor shall provide qualified personnel to supervise the installation and
carryout site testing and commissioning of equipment supplied under this
contract. Supervision personnel and equipment: The supplier shall provide, at
fixed cost, for qualified and experienced Supervision Personnel for the
supervision of installation, site testing, pre commissioning, commissioning, and
hook-up. The supervision shall include the provision of any special equipment/
tools required to carry out the above stated activities, all local costs including
accommodation, transportation, meals etc. and the cost for mobilization and
demobilization.
