Diffusers

Providing, installing, testing, and commissioning of diffusers for efficient oxygen transfer in aeration tanks. Diffusers shall be of
membrane type (EPDM/Silicone), disc/tube-shaped, capable of producing uniform bubbles for high oxygen transfer efficiency (OTE).
Each diffuser shall be fitted with mounting accessories and connected to SS-304/316 grade air distribution piping. Suitable for

Electrical/ Automation
Designing, supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning of a complete SCADA and PLC-based automatic control system for
MBBR process control, including monitoring and regulation of key process parameters. The system shall include:
Programmable logic controller PLC, with hand programmer, computer software and interface, with sufficient updated RAM, and
memory packs, logic memory. The unit shall be as per drawings, specifications, and engineer's instructions and the new version
manufactured at the time of tendering. The work includes programming the PLC to operate the 2x pumping station with 2 pumps(1-
duty/1-standby), blower(2-duty/1-standby) and air injector as specified by the engineer and according to the sequence to operate the
pumps and blowers’ equal times, including all necessary extra relays and/or switches, cables and conductors, according to specifications
and engineer's instructions.
SCADA System: Centralized Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system with industrial-grade computer workstation,
HMI/SCADA software, data logging, trend analysis, and alarm management features. Real-time monitoring and historical data storage
shall be provided.
