Instructions:
 Room schedule for sessions will be published separately.
 Exams & SACs are conducted under VCAA rules. No electronic equipment is permitted in the exam rooms,
other than calculators where permitted. Water and equipment should be in clear containers. No other
material is allowed in the exam room unless expressly permitted. Bags and all other personal items must be
locked in lockers.
 Exam conditions operate in the rooms. Failure to respect these rules or to follow a supervisor’s instructions
may lead to students receiving a fail grade for the assessment.
 No students will be permitted to leave sessions early.
 Students in Year 12 are required at school in time for their first assessment and should leave after their last
assessment is completed. No students may leave the school grounds between sessions.
 Students in Year 11 will attend their Unit 1&2 classes, except if they are in a Unit 3&4 SAC. No Unit 3&4
classes will run across these days.
 Full school uniform to be worn at all times. Year 12s may wear the VCE garment.
 The library will be open through this period, except when being used for SACs. It will not be open on
Tuesday 15 as it is being used for the GAT.
 Students who miss an SAC due to absence require a medical certificate to have it rescheduled. A positive
COVID test that has been registered with DHHS will count as a medical certificate for this purpose.
 Follow all COVID precautions – do not come to school if feeling unwell. Social distance when waiting
outside the exam room. Masks may be worn during all assessments.
