INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING EXAMINATION
1. The examination center will open 1 Hour before the commencement of the examination.
2. Gates of the Examination centre will be closed 30 minutes before the examination. Candidates won't be allowed to
enter in the exam centre after closing of the gate.
3. Candidates are expected to assemble for the security check point after opening of the examination center.
4. The candidates are strictly not allowed to carry any items listed below inside the Examination Hall.
The test centre will not have any provision to store, protect or handover any of these items carried by
the candidates under any circumstances:
(a) Textual material, printed or written, envelope or any other material except the Admit Card.
(b) Slide Rule, Log Table, Geometry Box, pencil, calculator and any electronic gadget including
watches and mobile.
(c) Any form of snacks or beverages. (Proper drinking facilities will be available inside the examination
centre.)
5. The candidates will undergo initial security check before the commencement of the examination, failing which; they
will not be permitted to appear for the Examination.
6. Candidates are required to remain present in the examination hall atleast 30 minutes before the commencement of
the examination.
7. Supervisor can check the Admit card of the candidates to satisfy himself/herself about the identity during
examination.
8. The candidates shall produce the issued Admit Card with photograph and any one of the Valid Government Photo
ID proof which may include, Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, PAN Card Passport, Voter ID card to the Security
Officer for admission in the Examination Centre.
9. Candidates who do not possess a valid Admit Card shall not be admitted to the Examination Hall under any
circumstances by the Supervisor.
10. Candidates are required to occupy and verify their seats as per the seat-number on their Hall Ticket. Any
candidates found occupying the seat other than the one allotted to them shall have their candidature cancelled.
11. Candidates must follow instructions of the Supervisor.
12. If any candidate does not obey instructions and rules, it would be treated as a case of misconduct and adoption of
unfair practice and such candidate would be liable for punishment as per rules of the examination.
13. There shall be a single paper for both section A and B. Question Number 1 to 50 belongs to Section A and
Question Number 51 to 100 belongs to section B.
14. Candidates can opt the language of the examination paper as required from English to Marathi and vice-versa.
15. There shall be a invalid button on each question along with other buttons. Candidate can use this button if
candidate feels the question is ambigious in nature or does not belong to section or subject module
16. The candidates will not be allowed to leave their seats or the Examination Room/Test Centre until the Test
concludes as per schedule. In case of any emergency, candidates may take special permission of the Supervisor
on duty who shall report the same to the Observer in writing.
17. The candidates must submit the test within the allocated time; the test will be auto submitted in case the test is not
submitted within the allocated time.
18. For candidates who are unable to appear on the scheduled date of test for any reason, re-test or any such request
shall not be entertained by Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati under any circumstances.
19. During Examination use the following tabs for the use purpose of :
a. Use the invalid button if the question is wrong or unclear in any way.
b. Use question tab to visible all questions at a glance.
c. Use bookmark tab to save question/s for later review or analysis.
d. Use navigation tab to review previous or next questions.
e. Use clear button to clear options and select new once.
f. You can use the submit button very carefully only at the end of examination, pressing it during the
examination will log you out and you won't be able to log back in.
