Dear Teachers,
In line with the celebration of Nutrition Month 2025, we would like to request your
assistance in disseminating the following important information to all students regarding
tomorrow’s school activities:
Date: July 18, 2025(Friday)
Activities:
1. ZUMBA SESSION
Time: 1:00 PM-1:15 PM
Venue: School Grounds
Attire: Students are encouraged to wear comfortable Zumba attire or PE
uniform and Rubber Shoes
2. NUTRI-QUIZ BEE
Time: 1:15-PM-2:15PM
Participants: Select 3 representative every section
A friendly competition to test student’s knowledge on health, food and
nutrition
3. NUTRI-COOKING DEMO
Time: 1:15 PM-2:15 PM
Participants: Select 1 student every grade level

Each student demonstrates the preparation of a nutritious and budget-friendly
snack.
Emphasis on creativity, nutrition content and presentation.
4. NUTRI-POSTER AND SLOGAN MAKING CONTEST
Time: 2:30 PM-3:30 PM
Participants: Select 1 representative every section
Bring their own materials, excluding the illustration board
Theme-based artwork reflecting the importance of good nutrition.
We encourage you to inform your students during your advisory or subject periods today.
Your support in reminding them to participate actively and dress appropriately for the
activities is highly appreciated.
Let’s work together in making this celebration meaningful and enjoyable for everyone.
