1. About this Release Version
1.1 General
This release version is 3.10.
Target model: BRC-X400/X401, SRG-X400/X402/201M2/X120/HD1M2
1.2 Software version upgrade method
Please upgrade firmware with following step.
1. Start a web browser on your PC and enter the IP address of the camera in the
address bar.
2. Enter administrator name and password, and display Administrator menu.
3. Select [Initialize] tab in [System] menu.
4. Click [Choose file] button of [Firmware upgrade] to select the firmware update
file.
5. [Start update?] dialog box will appear, then click [OK] button in it.
6. Upgrade process will be done, and the camera will start again with new firmware.
It takes approximately 10 minutes to upgrade the firmware. The POWER lamp
blinks in green during the firmware upgrade. When finishing upgrading, the
POWER lamp lights in green.
To confirm the version after upgrading firmware, please press the “Reload” button
displayed in [Initialize] tab instead of reload function of web browser. You can
access the camera after 30 seconds from the POWER lamp lights up in green.
An error may be displayed on the web browser when you access camera while the
upgrading is in progress.
After upgrading, clear your cache of browser before access again. Otherwise,
administrator menu may not be displayed correctly.

3. Specification Change
3.1. Specifications changed in Ver. 3.10
The security has been enhanced.
The 802.1x function was removed.

The security has been enhanced.
The initial password cannot be set again as the administrator password.
3.3. Specifications changed in Ver. 2.10
The security has been strengthened and the default setting of SYN flood protection
has been turned ON. After the upgrade, it remains OFF, but it will be turned ON by
setting the factory reset. If there is a problem with the operation, turn off the
V4SynFloodProtection and V6SynFloodProtection settings with the CGI command.
PAN TILT SLOW setting gets working when controlling camera with IR remote

The security has been enhanced.
The start timing of focus movement in preset recall function was changed. The focus
transition will start with Pan, Tilt and Zoom movement.
The method of managing number of video and audio streaming RTSP session was
changed. Up to 5 video and audio RTSP streaming can be used concurrently.
The transition of zoom between OPTICAL ZOOM field and CLEAR IMAGE ZOOM
field was enhanced.

Maneuverability of changing iris setting in relative mode via Remote Control Panel
(RCP) was enhanced.

4. Corrected Problems
4.1. Problems corrected in Ver. 3.10
Fixed a problem that could prevent connection to the M2Live service.
Fixed a rare problem where a connection could not be established when a
streaming connection request was received at startup.
4.2. Problems corrected in Ver. 3.00
The camera hangs up when changing settings via network while the STATUS
menu is displayed on the On-Screen Menu.

4.3. Problems corrected in Ver. 2.10
The camera rarely fails to turn on just after signal format is changed.
When PAN TILT SLOW setting is changed via Web UI while PTZ TRACE is
recording/playing, the camera cannot be controlled via Web UI.
When the camera is on the playback start position of PTZ TRACE and PRESET
MODE setting is changed to MODE1 from TRACE, preset position recall cannot
move correctly
4.4. Problems corrected in Ver. 2.04
Fixed an issue where the camera could not start when connected to some PoE+
powered switching hubs
