1. Refer to your application for issue of call letter to join ASSAM RIFLES
Havaldar clerk recruitment joining 2021-22atAssam Rifle
Training Centre and School (ARTC&S) 3rd Mile, Dimapur (Nagaland), NRS
Dimapur. .
2. You are hereby advised to report to Presiding Officer Joining Board,
Dimapur (Nagaland)Centre for Joining. on 21 Aug 2025 at 08:00 hours
alongwith following documents.
(both original and photocopy duly self attested) and this CALL LETTER in
original.
(a) Educational Certificate and Mark Sheets.
(b) Typing /Short Hand /ITI /Diploma/Degree/Experience Certificate etc as
applicable.
(c) Domicile Certificate/ Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC).
(d) Caste/reservation Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) as applicable.
(e) Latest Character Certificate issued by Police Authority.
(f) Discharge Certificate (in case of Ex-servicemen).
(g) No Objection Certificate (NOC) for departmental candidates duly singed by
appropriate authority.
(h) 10 copies of recent passport size photographs.
(j) Photo ID proof ie AADHAAR Card/Pan Card/Voter ID Card/Driving License
etc.
3. The entire process may take Medical Examination (RME) as per applicable.
4. No lodging & fooding will be provided by the Assam Rifles during your stay for
the recruitment process.
5. The Assam Rifles will be responsible for sustaining any injury (even cause to
death) to the candidates during recruitment joining events/ transit/ stay at rally
site.
6. Selery 16500/- TA/DA is admissible.
7. If any discrepancy or false information is noticed in your documentation during
the recruitment rally and even at later stage, your candidature will be
rejected/service be terminated by the Assam Rifles/Government.
8. Change of domicile, category and trade during any stages will not be accepted.
In such case your candidature will be summarily rejected without issuing any
notice to you.
