TERMS & CONDITIONS
I. The above charges are exclusive for Arvind Engg Works Ltd as a special case.
II. System Generated Test Report will be shared with images of the product.
III. The quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
IV. GST will be applicable extra @18% on above mentioned charges currently as per govt. of India regulation.
V. TDS Certificates: TDS certificates shall be issued to us promptly before the end of the respective financial year.
VI. TAT will be provided to you after sample and payment receipt based on availability of test resources.
VII. Due to any unforeseen reason if equipment failure/ breakdown happens Elemech Labs will check the possibility
to conduct testing at subcontracted lab and TAT for testing will be based on the availability of equipment at
subcontracted lab.
VIII. Multiple invoices will be released against one PO for the respective completed tests.
IX. Sample transportation (To and Fro) in client scope
X. Terms of Payment: 100% Advance
XI. Above test will be performed at our partner lab
