Game Plan 7 WELL UG-0095 02 Aug 2025

Purpose: work on stuck string by blind back off w/ BHA #38 to recover stuck fish
(part of BHA #37+29: 27x 2-7/8” DP jt + 3x 3-1/8” DC jt + bit sub w/ float + SIGS 4
½” Flat btm mill).

Operational Limits:
- TOF expected: 11,449 ft.
- HL limit due to 4” DP VX-38 (80% from premium): 395 klbf = ((355 x 80% sf)+(138
jts x18.01# 4” Delta DP x 0,87 buoy)+41 TDS HL);
- HL limit due to 4” DP Delta (80% from premium): 405 klbf = ((456 x 80%)+41);
- HL limit due to 2-7/8” DP PacVam (80% from premium): 406 klbf = ((233 x 80%)
+220 klbf HL);
- Torque limit due to fish: 5540 lbf.ft (2-7/8” DP M/U torque);
- Torque limit in string: 3500 lbf.ft;
- Maximum Circulation pressure: 2500 psi.
- MAASP: 5000 psi, for 16 ppg EMW for fracture @ shoe TVD.

Operational Sequence:
1. M/U & RIH SIGS 4-1/8" FS Overshot (dressed w/ 3-1/8 Spiral grapple) fishing
BHA #38 f/ surface to BHA depth.
 BHA components: SIGS 4-1/8" FS Overshot (dressed w/ 3-1/8 Spiral
grapple & A Packer) + 3×2-7/8 DP+ 4-3/4" Drilling Jar + 6x 4-3/4 DC +
9 x 4" HWDP.
 Retighten M/U torque of all BHA joints.
 Break circulation at BHA depth.
2. RIH 4-1/8" FS Overshot (dressed w/ 3-1/8” Spiral grapple) BHA #38 on 4” DP
til ~11,350’.
3. Connect TDS and Wash Down f/ 11,350’ to 11,444’ (5 ft above TOF) w/ 300-
350 gpm 30 RPM. Reduce flowrate so as to have 500 psi SPP and tag
TOF up to 3 klbf w/15RPM or until observe Torque/Pressure
increase.
 TOF at ___________ft.
4. P/U string 5 ft. Pump tandem pill (20 bbl Hi-Vis + 20 bbl 8.2 ppg mud + 20
bbl Hi-Vis) and circulate out w/ 300-350 gpm and 30-60 rpm, until shakers
are clean.
 If necessary, reduce rotation to keep torque below 3000 lbf.ft.
5. Take parameters as below:
 Pump on (W/ ____ GPM / ____ PSI): PUW ____ KLBF; SOW ____ KLBF.
 Rot on (W/ ____ RPM / ____ LB.FT): PUW ____ KLBF; SOW ____ KLBF.
 Pump off & Rotation off: PUW ____ KLBF; SOW ____
KLBF.
Game Plan 7 WELL UG-0095 02 Aug 2025
6. Wash down w/ BHA 38 w/ 80 gpm (maxim um 500 psi SPP) and latch fish as
per CoMan/Fisherman instructions. Pick up to 50-120 kips overpull and
confirm fish latched.
 Observe for pressure & torque increase during latching.
7. Attempt to circulate w/ 80 gpm (limit pressure to 1500 psi).
8. If no success, perform blind back-off as per CoMan/Fisherman instructions:
a) Set and lock the torque limit to 1000 lbf.ft. Confirm auto-break on.
b) Apply 5 rpm rotation to the left (counter clockwise).
c) Work string between 20-50 klbf overpull to transmit the torque (allow
sufficient time to work the string and transmit the torque)
d) In case the back off isn't successful, increase back-off torque in stages
of 500 lbf.ft until max 5000 lbf.ft (90% M/U Torque value of 2-7/8” DP)
and repeat steps (b))+(c)) until succeed to back-off.
e) In case back-off isn’t successful, reduce range of OP work (up/down) as
per Fisherman instructions.
9. P/U BHA #38 5 ft and Flow check.
10. POOH BHA #38 on 4” DP string, std by std, till BHA depth.
11. Flow check.
12. POOH BHA #38 to surface.
 No jerking, handle slips carefully, controlled speed 25-30 ft/min
maximum, 7-10 stands/h max.

Next Operation: to be defined based on fishing results.

Fabio (Company Man) & Rahul (Fishing Specialist).
