We wish you and your child a very happy summer holiday. It’s time to enjoy and create
bonds with family, friends and relatives. To utilize this time in the most constructive
way we have prepared Holiday Homework for the students on the principle of “learning
by doing “for his/her holistic development.
Kindly ensure that the holiday homework is completed by the students under
the guidance of the parents.
Physical Development:
● Take your child with you for a morning/evening walk.
● Play different games like hide and seek, football, Ludo, chess, etc., with your child.
This will encourage them to express freely and will make them more responsible.
Language Development
● Encourage your child to converse in English.
● Choose any one object from your surroundings every day, let your child speak a
few lines on it to develop their speaking skills.
We, as a team, are very positive that the combined endeavors of parents and school
shall bring about the desired all-around development of the child. This will definitely
instill INTELLECTUAL CURIOSITY, JOYFUL PURSUIT, AND GRIT OF A CHILD.

1. Science
Activity A: “My Eco-Friendly Life” – A Personal Journal
Task: Record one eco-friendly action you do each day for 10 days.
Materials: Notebook/A4 sheets, color pencils
Submission: Decorated journal with dates, drawings, and reflections
Skills: Responsibility, awareness, daily reflection
Activity B: “Kitchen Science Fun” – Natural Indicators
Task: Use turmeric as an indicator to test if common kitchen items are acidic or
basic.
Steps:
• Make turmeric paste and apply it to paper
• Add drops of lemon juice, soap water, baking soda, etc.
• Observe and record any color changes
