distance mode and a two-year Special IDD diploma RCI-approved simultaneously in the same

academic session before 2022. Please provide clarification on the following points:

1. Legality of Simultaneous Enrollment

- Was it legally valid to pursue a BA distance mode and an RCI-approved two-year Special IDD

diploma simultaneously in the same academic session before 2022?

2. RCI Rules and Regulations Before 2022

- What were the official rules, policies, and regulations of the Rehabilitation Council of India RCI

before 2022 concerning the simultaneous enrollment in these two courses?

- Can a candidate use both the BA distance mode degree and the Special IDD diploma pursued

in the same session before 2022 for securing a job in a recognized sector?

4. Validity of BA Distance Mode with RCI Two-Year Diploma

- Before 2022, was a BA degree obtained through distance mode considered valid and

acceptable in combination with an RCI-approved Special IDD diploma?

5. Request for Official Guidelines

- Kindly provide a copy of the official rules and regulations of the RCI applicable before 2022

regarding the simultaneous pursuit of these qualifications. This information is crucial for
