[Lead Management in LPS and DMS]


For HUB based loan processing, Lead Management module has been developed in Loan
Processing system (LPS) and Document Management System (DMS)

1. OVERVIEW

For Hub based loan processing, Lead Management is being introduced in


Loan Processing System (LPS) and Document Management System (DMS) so
that physical movement of documents, related to lead generated by branch,
is restricted.

Branches shall be hereby creating leads in LPS and upload scanned copy of
loan documents, related to the lead generated, in DMS. Thereafter the lead
shall be reallocated to Hub by the branch. Hub user would be able to access
and download the uploaded documents from DMS.

2. SYSTEM REQUIREMENT OF LPS

I. URL of LPS - http://lps.ucobank.net.in:10001/lendperfect/login

II. To open LPS on Google Chrome Version: 70 or above (Link is available


in UCO online under software option to update the Chrome
Standalone setup)

III. Customer id needs to be opened and updated completely in Finacle


before initiating lead creation in LPS.

3. WORKFLOW OF LPS
Activity at Branch Level
Please note that a Non-BH should create the lead.
Branch user will Login into LPS Portal and can access Lead Management
module in LPS and enter details of new lead as shown below -

Upon clicking on New Lead Details, following page will open as shown below –

Processing Officer shall enter the details as shown below –

While entering the data, please note the following points –


a. Select the Preferred Branch using sol id in Branch Code.
b. Type of Customer to be selected as Existing Relationship and CIF to be
entered and pulled from Finacle
c. At least mandatory parameters to be filled (UAN Number is not
mandatory)

After entering all the details, click on Submit as shown below –

Following page of Mode of Contact opens. Select the Lead Status as Open and
click on Save.

LPS will ask to confirm. Click on OK.

Lead ID will be generated as shown under –

The BH will login into DMS –

Process Flow – Branch Level

BH will go the above designated location and create a folder with name of
Lead Id created so that it is convenient for Hub as well as Branch user to search
the folder for any future references.

In DMS, BH will go to Loan Hub –

Then BH will go to Loan Documents from Branch to Hub –

Then, the BH will go to the Branch folder –

Then the BH will go the appropriate folder as per the type of lead –

Here, at this location, BH will create a folder with name of lead id created in LPS
(Ex. - Here folder name should be LEAD/202324/00013329)–

(Note :- Here folder name is just a pictorial representation. Naming should be


done as said above like LEAD/202324/00013329)

Within the lead folder, the BH will upload all the documents related to the lead
created –

Sample of documents uploaded is as under –

In order to have Checker-Maker concept in creation and reallocation of lead,


it is mandatory that processing officer should create the lead and BH should
reallocate the lead.
BH should login into LPS and can find the lead created by processing officer in
Lead Group Inbox.

BH will login into LPS to Relocate the Leads

BH user will go to Lead Group in Other Inbox, search the lead and click on
Receive –

System will ask for confirmation, click on OK –

Now the lead can be found in Lead Inbox under Other Inbox –

Now, the BH will click on the lead id, get on to the lead page, check the details
and click on Reallocate –

Select the Hub to which the lead is to be reallocated –

Select the radio button confirming that the details filled on the lead page and
documents uploaded in DMS are in order –

Click on Send button.

Thereafter, message will be displayed as shown under –

Activity at Hub Level

Once the lead is reallocated, the Hub staff can Login into LPS and find the lead
in Lead Group Inbox as shown under having count 1 -

Upon clicking on Lead Group Inbox, the following page opens and Lead will be
displayed as shown under –

Hub user will Click on Receive button to receive the lead. Thereafter, the lead
will move to Lead Inbox.

Hub user will get into Lead Inbox and click on the lead no generated.

All the data of the lead will be displayed.

Hub user will check the lead details on the lead page and if they find any
discrepancy with the lead, then Hub user can reallocate the lead back to the
branch.
Now, if the Hub user finds all the details on the lead page to be in order, then
Hub Head will login into DMS and download the documents related to lead
uploaded by the branch.
In DMS, Hub Head will go to Loan Hub –

(Documents download is allowed for Hub Head Only)

Then, Hub Head will go to Loan Documents from Branch to Hub –

Then, the Hub Head will go to the appropriate Branch folder from where the
lead has been received –

Then the Hub Head will go the appropriate folder as per the type of lead
received –

Then the Hub Head will go to appropriate lead folder –

Here all the documents uploaded by the branch user into the lead folder will
be visible –

Hub Head will click on the documents and can download them as per the
screen shot below –

Now the Hub user has all the documents downloaded. If there is any issue with
any of the uploaded documents, then Hub user can inform the branch to
upload fresh document. Further processing of lead in LPS to be done by
Processing Officer, not Hub Head.
Upon confirming that the documents and details on the lead page are in
order, the Hub user will click on Preferred Mode of Contact. Set the lead status
as Closed, enter Meeting Remarks and click on Save.

Click on Create Application to create the proposal from received Lead -

Now Hub user will fill the relevant data, create the proposal and proceed
ahead for sanctioning the proposal -

Branch/ Hub need not enter any detail in CPTS in Finacle. Once proposal no is
generated, LPS will push lead id into CPTS Lead ID in Finacle and same will be
populated herein LPS.
