The information within this document has been prepared exclusively for Rabby Ahmed and
his associates. Any dissemination outside of the organization without prior approval from
Innovate Dynamic LLC is strictly prohibited.
Validity
The scope of work outlined in this investment summary and all related pricing shall be valid
for thirty (30) days from the proposed date recorded on the cover page.
Overview
This document has been written as a statement of work for Rabby Ahmed (the “client”) to
ensure that all items defined in this Statement of Work (SOW) are within scope for the
Fragrance E-Comm Platform project (the “project”) to be provided by Innovate Dynamic.
Items not specified in this document are not included in the project scope. This SOW is
governed by the terms in Schedule A between Innovate Dynamic and the client.
Project Charter and Scope: includes assumptions to-date as well as the exclusions to the
Program.
SOW Acceptance: requires Innovate Dynamic and client signatures to sign off on the
terms and conditions of this document.
Project Charter and Scope
Fragrance E-comm Project Overview
Innovate Dynamic will help the client design and build an e-comm platform to
facilitate the client’s Fragrance ecommerce business. This platform will help the
client avoid the current “race to the bottom” issues impacting their business on
platforms like Amazon, ebay, Mercari, etc.
Using this platform will give the client the ability to maximize profitability by:
● Managing multiple vendors, wholesalers, business partners/associates
● Optimizing inventory distribution across vendors and wholesalers
● Optimizing advertisement spending
● Making data-driven decisions to grow the business
Project Deliverables:
Project Management
We will implement the Agile Methodology for the Software Development Lifecycle
of this project, including the following deliverables:
● Define the project’s scope, objectives, and KPIs
● Determine project team roles, responsibilities, and project sponsors
● Present a detailed project plan outlining timelines and milestones
● Host an initial project kickoff meeting to review the project planning objectives
● Plan for regular working sessions to review deliverables, findings and meet
milestones.
Quality Assurance
● For each sprint, through QA & Testing will be conducted for each artifact
before it is deployed to production

● Setup Website with English as Default Language
● e-comm store setup utilizing Magento 2 with Inventory Module

Delivery Timeline:
Out of Scope
● Any tasks not in the scope of work.
● Changes to or creation of Automation processes not defined in the scope of work or
Change Control.
● Any Testing not defined in the scope of work or Change Control.
● Any Documentation not itemized as a task in the scope of work or not agreed to via
Change Control.
● Website theme, features and functionalities are out-of-the-box i.e. no custom
development
● Custom development will require a change order at an additional cost
● Data hydration contingent upon data provided by client via CSV file(s)
● Only extensions/plug-ins mentioned in deliverables will be installed and configured
● Checkout process flow out-of-the-box i.e. no custom development
Key Dependencies and Assumptions
● This is a fixed fee, fixed duration project
● Any unnecessary/unreasonable delays caused to delivery timeline by client may
result in additional charges to complete the project deliverables
● Project delivery timelines are contingent upon the client’s availability
● The client will provide access and credentials needed for Innovate Dynamic to deploy
and configure in scope systems.
● All work will be done remotely.
● Availability of the client personnel(key stakeholders) as the scope of work assumes
dependencies between the client and the Innovate Dynamic team.
● All document deliverables shall be provided an unrestricted electronic format, such
as Microsoft format, Open format, or other formats agreed to by the client, for the
client to use and modify.
● Innovate Dynamic reserves the right to assign and/or manage its resources to fit
these program requirements. If the client has any issues/concerns with any
consultants, they may request a change in personnel.
● Any changes to the project scope after this agreement has been signed will be
added to this project as new tasks and will be invoiced at a Time & Materials (T&M) in
conjunction with the completion of a Scope Change Request Form, executed by
both parties.
● Small changes that do not affect the total amount of effort will be accommodated
where possible by Innovate Dynamic. In some instances, these items may require
signed change controls even though they have a net effect of $0 on the program so
that the project management can be aware of any requirement or template/report
changes that are being made.
