FIELD TRIP CIRCULAR

Dear Parents
The field trip organized for Grade VIII on Tuesday, 12th August 2025 and Wednesday, 13th August 2025 to
Wild Valley Adventure had to be postponed due to unfavourable weather conditions.
We are pleased to inform you that the trip has now been rescheduled for Friday, 10th October 2025 and
Monday, 13th October 2025. Students who had already paid earlier will automatically be considered for the new
dates. Registrations are now reopened for those who could not register earlier and would like to join.
Rescheduled Field Trip Dates:

This day-long outdoor learning experience is designed to build confidence, encourage team spirit, nurture
leadership qualities, and challenge students in a fun, structured environment through professional outbound
training activities.
Please note:
• Students of sections VIII K – VIII T who will not be accompanying us for the field trip on
Friday, 10th October 2025 will have holiday.
• Students of sections VIII A – VIII J who will not be accompanying us for the field trip on
Monday, 13th October 2025 will have holiday.
Important Information:
• Other than students who have already paid earlier, new registrations can be confirmed by making an online
payment of ₹2,290/- via the link provided below by Monday, 1st September 2025.

• Breakfast, lunch, and an evening snack will be provided. Students are also requested to carry
additional snacks and a water bottle as per their needs in a small backpack; all items must be
labelled.
• Parents are requested to drop the children at school by 7:00 am and to pick them up from the school
around 6:00 pm (subject to traffic congestion) after signing the dispersal record.
• Students should wear their house T-shirt with jeans, sports shoes, sunglasses, and a cap
(optional). They are also advised to carry an extra set of clothes for the rain dance activity.
• Students are strictly NOT permitted to carry mobile phones.
• Wearing the School ID card is mandatory.
• All activities of the day-long trip are mentioned in the itinerary. Please check the itinerary for the
details of the trip.
• No direct drop-off or pick-up from the resort or any intermediate locations is allowed.
• Kindly submit the completed consent form to the class teacher by Monday, 1st September 2025.
