FRACTAL CONTINUATION

Eleven_Trades
Introduction

You all will be familiar with continuation. Continuation is actually trading the price action after the reversal. In other words, it
means trading after the wick of the higher timeframe candle is formed.

Continuation can occur in various forms:

Trading away from the high or low of the week
Trading away from the high or low of the day
Trading away from a protected swing
Trading a swing point or a candle

Trading Continuation Away From the High or Low of
the Week
To do this, we use the weekly profile aligned with the orderflow and bias. For example:
If you have a confirmed high or low of the week (e.g., a Tuesday low), then the rest of the week becomes a
continuation.
You are trading away from the Tuesday reversal and targeting the draw on liquidity for the week.
This is trading the body of the weekly candle because the wick is already formed.

Trading Continuation Away From the High or Low of
the Day
This follows the daily profile and phases of price delivery:
London reversal, NY continuation
NY reversal, leftover day continuation
You are trading the New York session because London has already created the wick.

Trading Away From a Protected Swing

This is more situational:

If you don’t have a clean daily profile or context, but you do have a protected swing, you can assume that
swing will hold.
Protected swing = opposing candles or OB that traded into a Point of Interest (POI).
Why does this work? Because a protected swing is just a reversal from a POI.

Trading a Swing Point

Once the swing point candle is established, you can trade the 3rd candle away from that swing — this is TTFM
(TTrades Fractal model).

How to Trade the Continuation

Continuation trades come through swing points and order blocks only.

Examples:
Continuation away from low of the week: Trade the next day as continuation. Let the wick form first, then
trade the body fractally.
Continuation away from low of the day: Let one session print the wick, then trade NY session continuation
with swing points and OBs.
Continuation away from protected swing: Wait for the next phase of price delivery, then trade the next swing
point.
Continuation away from Reversal Candle 2: Trade the OB inside the next candles.
