Holiday Homework Class 5
When school is all done for the year,
The time we love most will be near.
Dear Parents, With sunshine and play,
Greetings! We’ll laugh every day—
Oh, summer, we give you a cheer!
Summer vacations are here, and it’s the perfect time to spend quality time with your child and
family. As much as we all look forward to this time, it can be overwhelming to plan activities
that keep everyone engaged and happy. It is a great opportunity to spend quality time together
and create unforgettable memories. We know planning activities can feel overwhelming, but
don't worry! Here are some ideas to make this summer unforgettable:
Create lasting memories: Plan picnics, movie nights, board
game battles, or even a family adventure! These shared
experiences build strong bonds.
Get active outdoors: Go for hikes, bike rides, play catch in
the park, or have a picnic. These activities are fun, promote
fitness, and help develop teamwork and communication.
Encourage independence: Let your child tackle their summer
assignments independently. This builds responsibility and a
sense of accomplishment.
Help them socialize: Plan playdates, suggest joining
community events, or encourage interaction with other kids.
Strong social skills benefit them throughout life.
Make time for togetherness: Cook a meal together, chat,
watch a movie, or play games. These moments create lasting
memories.
Remember, the best vacations are filled with quality time and fun. So relax, enjoy each
other, and have a fantastic summer!
Wishing you a happy and fulfilling summer break!
Regards, Team DIS
