NOTIFICATION
India AI Impact Festival 2025
In continuation of CBSE Notification No. 47/2024 dated 16.04.2024, CBSE in collaboration with NITI
Aayog (Atal Innovation Mission), NIELIT (National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology),
Ministry of Education, and Intel India is organizing the next edition of the India AI Impact Festival
2025. This national platform will bring together students, educators, and institutions to showcase
groundbreaking AI and AIoT innovations as well as best practices.
The theme of the India AI Impact Festival 2025 ‘AI Innovation for Social Impact’, is aimed at inspiring
participants to design AI and AIoT-driven solutions that empower underserved communities and
foster inclusive growth.
Target Participants: Entries are welcome from students, educators, and educational institutions
under the following three categories:
1. Impact Creators: For students from academic and technical institutions, with the following
sub-categories:
 Students under the age of 18 years
 Students of or above the age of 18 years
 AI for Accessibility (A special category for Impact Creator projects to remove or
reduce barriers for the differently abled)
2. Impact Shapers: For educators from academic and technical institutions. This category
includes teachers, ATL-in-charges, and faculty from schools, universities, and colleges across
India. All educators, irrespective of the subject they teach, are welcome to participate.
3. Impact Nurturers: For academic and technical institutions. The Heads of schools, colleges,
and universities are encouraged to participate and share their institution's AI journey and
best practices in this category.
The Heads of all CBSE-affiliated schools are requested to share this information among teachers &
students and encourage them to participate in the India AI Impact Festival 2025.
Submissions in above mentioned categories are open till 31 st August 2025.

Evaluation of Entries
All entries will be evaluated by a neutral third-party agency. Top 15 entries in each
Stage category will be shortlisted in this stage

Tinkerpreneur alignment: Top 100 entries from school students (below 18yrs), with AI-enabled social impact solutions and a robust
business plan, will get an opportunity to be mentored by ISB.
