List of Candidates Selected for Migration to Private Sector
UHS-Affiliated Medical & Dental Colleges in Punjab, 2025
IMPORTANT NOTE
1. This Final Merit List is based on the Provisional Merit List earlier displayed on 04-07-2025. It has been prepared after
incorporation and ratification of any error, omission, or mistake duly brought to the notice of, and accepted by, the
Competent Authority during the stipulated period following the publication of the Provisional Merit List.

2. Migration of MBBS/BDS students shall be permitted only once during the entire duration of the academic program. This
one-time opportunity is strictly governed by the prevailing rules and regulations of the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council
(PM&DC) and the University of Health Sciences, Lahore. A candidate who fails to avail this opportunity, for any reason
whatsoever, shall be deemed to have forfeited the right to migrate and shall not be eligible for migration in the current or
any subsequent academic year.

3. A candidate who accepts the migration offer and formally joins the new institution shall be deemed to have permanently
relinquished his/her seat in the previous college. No reversion to the parent college shall be allowed under any
circumstances.

4. Candidates accepting the migration offer must report to the concerned accepting college within seven (07) days of the
issuance of this list, along with the following documents, duly verified and issued by the Principal of the parent
medical/dental college:

i. Certified transcript of credit hours

5. The Principal of the parent college shall ensure timely relieving of the migrating student and shall transmit the complete
academic, attendance, and assessment records to the Principal of the accepting college, with a copy forwarded to the
Registrar, University of Health Sciences, Lahore.

6. In the case of migration from a non-UHS affiliated institution to a UHS-affiliated college, the Principal of the accepting
college shall be solely responsible for the verification of original academic documents prior to allowing the student to join.
No student shall be permitted to join without the verification of the complete original record.

7. The accepting college shall submit a formal joining report, along with all supporting documentation, to the Registrar,
University of Health Sciences, Lahore, within seven (07) days of the student’s joining, for the purpose of updating the official
registration record.

8. Any student aggrieved by a decision made under this migration policy may file a written representation addressed to the
Vice Chancellor, University of Health Sciences, Lahore, within seven (07) days of the issuance of the list. All such
representations must be accompanied by authentic documentary evidence. Representations failing to meet these
requirements shall not be considered.

9. No appeal, grievance, or complaint of any nature whatsoever shall be entertained after the lapse of seven (07) days,
under any circumstances.

10. The University of Health Sciences, Lahore, reserves the right to amend, correct, or withdraw the list in the event of any
bona fide error, omission, or mistake, upon identification and approval by the Competent Authority.
