Robert E. Emery, Ph.D., is professor of psychol- dren and Divorce, was a finalist for the Books for
ogy and director of the Center for Children, a Better Life Award and Library of Virginia Liter-
Families, and the Law at the University of Vir- ary Award in 2005. In 2012, Division 43 of the
