I heard that there is a treasure

For which there is a big wager

So I packed my bag

And got ready to place the flag

It apparently was in the desert Sahara

My mate knows the best about Sahara

So I had no option but to go with my homie, Clara

We reached there thinking we were wise

Then we ran out of stuff

As we thought "Are we going to get cannibalised"

We just realised that we also got a buff.

We went in a car and thought the ride would be good overall

If we get a problem, hope this does the solve

We brought a lot of water

Cause the desert is getting hotter and hotter

There is a huge ray of sunshine

Felt like drinking wine

A few hours later we ran out of petrol

For me, it felt like great gore.

We were this close

And the conditions were only getting even worse

We boosted our spirits

And had a great walk

While having a great talk

We finally reached the spot which felt like years

We found the location which added meaning to this vacation

We searched and searched, and searched

We finally got a slight glance and looked over in advance

We found a treasure and took tons of gold

We thought of the power we can behold

We started our walk and found a camel

The camel came halfway

And now we realised, our way back was scrambled

We were so hungry we ate the camel

And left the bones in a dried channel

We were out of nowhere and got lost

We should get home pretty fast

We are now dying due to starvation

And of course dehydration

We felt the sand trying to take our lives

This might end all of our likes

This is the end for now.

This poem did not glow.
