ln view of administrative requirement, Competent Authority of DFCCIL has decided to utilize/
Empanel candidates from down the Merit List against the shortfall in joining of already empaneled
candidates. Accordingly, the cutoff and the list of candidates whose Roll Numberr are mentioned
below may please note the Document verification (DV) & Pre-Employment Medical Test (PEMT)

2. Further, an e-mail and 5M5 is also being sent shortly to shortlisted candidates (as per para l) on
their registered e-mail id and mobile number to download e-admit card wherein complete details
of date & time of Document verification, Medical examination and detailed instructions are
indicated.
3. ln case candidate does not report for document verification/Medical Test (as applicable) on the
stipulated date and time as mentioned in the e-admit card, his/her candidature will be treated as
cancelled. DFCCIL will not entertain any request for change of date and time schedule of
document verifi cation/Medical Examination.
4. The candidates must bring the documents in original along with one set of duly self-attested
copies as per details given in Annexure-!, failing which he/she will not be allowed to appear for
the Document Verifi cation/Medical examination.

5. Candidates may note that after completion of Document verification, they will be sent for
medical examination on the next day. Accordingly, candidates have to corne prepared for
Document verification and Medical examination.
6. ln the document verification/medical examination cannot be completed on the specified
c6se,
date and time. it will be rescheduled on the next available date at the same time and venue. You
are requested to come prepared accordingly. No hotel charges and other incidental expenses
incurred, if any, will be reimbursed.
7. lt must not be construed that this as an offer of appointment to the post. lssuance of this notice
does not confer any right on the candidate to final appointment. The candidature of the
candidates is purely provisional, subject to subsequent verification of original documents,
fulfilling the eligibility conditions as advertised and subsequent medical fitness as per the
prescribed medical standard. Clearing of Document Verification and medical examination will
give no right to be considered for appointment.
8. DFCCIL reserves the right of postponing or deferring the date(s) of document verification &
medical examination and canceling selection if management decides as such. for which intimation
will be sent to the candidate on time along with a notice on DFCCTL website. No claims will be
entertained against cancellation chaiges of ticket or otherwise.
9. While every care has been taken in preparing the above results, DFCCIL reserues the right to rectify
any inadvertent errors/typographical mistakes. DFCCIL regrets its inability to entertain any
correspondence from unsuccessful candidates.
10. lmportant: Beware of the touts who offer candidates fake promises of jobs through illegal means.
Do remember that seeking illegal methods for recruitment is also a serious crime and anyone
found involved in it. shall also be charged as per Law. The process of recruitment in DFCCIL is
absolutely fair and based on merit only.

Checklist of documents to be produced for Document Verification
Matriculation/Secondary (loth) Examination certificate and Marksheet for
verification of Date of Birth (DoB) (failure to present the same will render the
candidature of the candidate being cancelled)

OBC-NCL candidates are required to submit a valid OBC-NCL certificate
certifying "Non-Creamy Layer" status which shall not be older than one year at
the time of Document Verification to get the benefit of OBC-NCL reservation.
EWS candidates require to submit the valid lncome and Asset Certificate
which
shall not bb older than one year at the time of Document Verification to
get the
benefit of EW5 reservation.
Final Certificate issued by the respective University/lnstitute/Board
l-Il/Diploma/Degree (As per prescribed qualification)'
Mark 5heets of all semesters/years of lTl/Diploma/Degree course (as
prescribed qualification) issued by the respective University/lnstitute/Board.
lf any University has awarded grades (C6PA/OGPA/CPI/DCPA or letter grade)
instead of marks. then the candidate should provide percentage conversion
formula from the lnstitute. Where no conversion formula is given by the
lnstitution/University to convert CCPA/DCPA etc. into percenta$e. the candidate
shall have to submit a certificate from his/ her lnstitution certifying the same'
The specialization should be clearly mentioned in the degree/certificate. ln case,
it is not mentioned, the candidate must bring a certificate from the
coilege/University/lnstitution/Board duly signed & stamped by the
principal/Registrar clearly stating the specialization in which the candidate has
acquired the said degree/diploma.
ln case where provisional degree/marksheet is issued and not the Original Degree
Certificate. candidate has to submit a certificate from the
college/University/lnstitution/Board duly signed & stamped by the
principal/Registrar in regard to non-issue of original degree certificate/marksheet
and certifying the particulars of the provisional degree/marksheet.
The education qualification certificate viz. original or provisional should contain
the date of issue. ln case date of issue of these certificates is after the crucial date
prescribed in the Advt for acquiring the essential qualification. then the
consolidated mark sheet with date of declaration of the result of final qualifying
exam or individual mark sheets of all the semester/Years with date of declaration
of result on each should be submitted. ln case of non-availability of date in any
of these mark sheet/certificates. a certificate from the College/University/

number of years of service in Defence. if discharged from Army/Navy
/Air Force.
