Objective:
• Aim to assist in developing employability skills and personal qualities related to gaining and
sustaining employment
• Aim to improve learner’s knowledge and understanding the need today
Target Audience: College students, Outreach Scholars, Youth (including PwDs)
About the program: Employability skills development in the learner to raise the awareness about the
career and types of opportunities available. Also, to equip them enough to present themselves in market
and confident enough to earn a job. This program will include soft skills or personal development
trainings, which are required to sustain in a job.

• Introduction to emerging technologies and its application
• Self-Learning module with specific tech skills (theory and practical)
• Industry mentoring by Cognizant volunteers
