Learning objective

Learners will be able to identify their personal strengths and areas for growth
in order to develop self-acceptance and improve interpersonal relationships.

Success Criteria

 I can clearly identify and reflect on at least three of my strengths


and three areas where I need to improve.

 I can explain how understanding myself helps me communicate


and work better with others.

 I can accept constructive feedback and use it to grow personally


and improve how I interact with people.

✅ Success Criterion 1:

“I can clearly identify and reflect on at least three of my strengths


and three areas where I need to improve.”

📘 Suggested Activity: "Personal SWOT Analysis"

 Description: Students create a SWOT chart (Strengths, Weaknesses,


Opportunities, Threats) focused on their personal traits and habits.
 Instructions:
o List 3–5 strengths and weaknesses.
o Reflect briefly (2–3 sentences) on how these traits affect their
daily life and goals.
o Share in pairs or small groups, if comfortable.
 Purpose: Encourages honest self-assessment and reflection.

“I can explain how understanding myself helps me communicate and


work better with others.”

📘 Suggested Activity: "My Mirror, My Lens"

 Description: Students write a short reflection or journal entry


responding to the prompt:
“How does knowing myself help me deal with others more effectively?”
 Extension: Group discussion or think-pair-share about how different
personalities and self-awareness affect teamwork or conflict resolution.
 Purpose: Promotes connection between self-awareness and
interpersonal dynamics.

📘 Suggested Activity: "Feedback Circle"

 Description: In small, respectful groups, students give each other


positive and constructive feedback on a simple class task (e.g., a

o Use “I” statements and respectful tone.
o Each student writes a brief reflection on what they learned from
the feedback and one step they will take to improve.
 Purpose: Builds openness to feedback and teaches how to respond
constructively.
