Subject: Weekly Piping Coordination Meeting
Week: W29
Attendees: Valtteri, Renzo, Jaziel, Abdulraheem, Bruno, Ludovit, Venkata, Abolfazl, Andrew, Jose
1. HSE:
o Rain protection kits, keep dry & intact working clothes
o check weather before planning activities
o Housekeeping needs to improve on going
o Loose materials to be taken control by logistic / material management. Till completion
2. Manpower Status:
• General Manpower
o Manning 113
o Transition phase dia inch to test pack target works.? Ongoing and need to improve
for better results.
BKS:
o 12 personnel currently on site out of 16, working on Oschatz/Boiler lines.
OCT Team:
o 6 direct workers on day shift and 3 on night shift. Total 9 Mans.
Boiler Pre-Commissioning Preparation
o Action: Enersense to plan and assign required resources.
IKM Team:
o 16 direct, in 2 teams for FRP and the rest.
Odda Plast
o No workers Email notified by Espen stating on summer holidays will notify when they
have time.
PIMS administration
o Dedicated person requested for full control on the checklist & Punchlist part ->
waiting from Finland office response.
• QC Manpower
1 Doc. control starting today. waiting from Finland office response.
Alexandras replacement is still missing. waiting from Finland office response.
3. Planning and Coordination:
Priority Lines
o All piping priorities are fully clarified & acknowledged by ENE.
o The APL line MC still forecasted end of WEEK 29, ENE shall share daily wise punch
closure status.
o Updated schedule shared. Escalated to management meeting.
o Material delivery forecast by be shared by ENE according to the priorities given-
>Today in the shared folder. >> this topic is twice, refer point4 material section.
o Schedule should be prioritized during the week 28 to revise the schedule integrating
delivery dates for remaining Material. Escalated to management meeting.
Supervisor Visibility and Communication
o Daily walkdowns between ENE/Metso ongoing where daily concerns are discussed
and solved. Shall continue & improve more to get detailed information on Test pack
readiness.
o Supervisors’ names should be filled in the live progress file to enhance
communication between Metso and Enersense, update the organisation chart with
contact & email details. Will be checked in next meeting (ENE will share by tomorrow
16-Jul-25)
4. Material Procurement:
o ENE shall communicate the outstanding materials which are under procurement
status with deliveries. Updated file to be shared on share point. By today, COB
o Ludo email for material status to reply->Today COB, by Andrew>> again by today,
COB
5. Mechanical Completion & Piping Status:
• TP10 Missing Spool
o The missing spool for TP10 will be handled by ENE.
o Action: ENE started pre fabrication->end of W28>> 60% fabricated
Touch-Up Painting and Pickling
o Action: Enersense to start aligning with OCT team by giving required test pack which are
scheduled for re-instatement. Ongoing
o TG Part of painting to be started, details to be shared to OCT for action> Today COB>>
again today, COB.
o Multiserwis must be consider for touch-up paint of supports for carbon steel lines. (Arild
BOL)
o Shrouded boxes lines handover from ENE to KBS, dates shall be provided as handover
to work front for KBS. construction completion, waiting forecast from ENE> ENE by today
COB.
o Missing spool between MOG and Espoo connection. to be confirmed if SX material.->to
be confirmed by Metso, confirmed not SX, its SS, ENE to provide work forecast by today
COB
NDT Schedule
o Additional information was requested. Reports to be provided. Minimum 10 days window
o Action: Responsible teams to provide an updated NDT plan. ENE confirmed NO
BACKLOGS. W29
TP Changes and Modifications
o All changes must be validated by Mr. DAN (ENE) and (Metso) Mr. Abdul Raheem/ Mr.
Abolfazl prior to execution.
o Metso will share Test pack details for the priority wise of commissioning. Done
• Line walkdowns
o All priorities line walkdowns completed, very few lines to walk & uninstall part of lines to
cover.
o Commissioning priorities added to the line walkdowns. Checks ongoing and ENE will
update internally.
o Odda Plast: One repaired spool will be returned to site, ENE will co-ordinate, other spool
with T piece, NCR 71 raised, waiting with follow up of corrective actions / BOL / Mecwide-
Amiblu response. Next failure of lines NCR generated, BOL will provide 2 man’s available
to attend the repairs, Espen is the focal point of communication.
o Repair procedure shared by Amiblu to odda plast, odda plast is on summer vacation,
waiting for resources by BOL.->Boliden
• Piping tasks list effecting other disciplines
o ENE agreed to allocate 2 mans for closing of the listed items shared by email. Need
weekly update of closure points. Started, ENE will update by today COB.
6. RFIs:
o No Open RFIs
7. Documents:
o Waiting for Weekly Report W28.
o TG Test packs documentation is outstanding. (Quality) Topic closed, transferred to
Quality MoM.
