Day 01: NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport - Darjeeling (75 Kms. / 3 Hrs.)
Meet and Greet on arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra International Airport and transfer to
Darjeeling (6,950 Ft.). On arrival check-in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Day 02: Darjeeling Full Day Sightseeing with Tiger Hill
Early morning (4:00 AM) visit Tiger Hill (Subject to availability of Permit / Token) and then back to hotel. After
breakfast, starting at 8.30 AM, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed),
Tenzing Rock, Ropeway, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Japanese

Day 03: Darjeeling - Pelling (80 Kms. / 4 Hrs.)
After breakfast, transfer to Pelling (6,300 Ft.). On arrival check-in to hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight
stay at Pelling.
Day 04: Pelling Full Day Sightseeing with Skywalk
After breakfast, start for a full day sightseeing tour. In first half, cover Darap village, Rimbi waterfalls,
Khecheopalri Lake (Wishfulling Lake) and Khangchendzongha waterfalls. In the second half cover the
Pemayangtse monastery, Rabdantse ruins (2nd capital of Sikkim), Sang-Ngag Choling (Skywalk), New helipad
ground. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Pelling.
Day 05: Pelling – Gangtok via Namchi (150 Kms. / 7 Hrs.)
After breakfast, transfer to Gangtok (5,500 Ft.). Via Namchi (5,500 Ft.) visit Siddheshwar Dham (Chardham) and
Sai Temple. On arrival, check-in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 06: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir (53 Kms. / 3 Hrs. one-way)
After breakfast, start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft. / 37 Kms. / 02 Hrs. from Gangtok) and further
drive to Baba Mandir (13,200 ft. / 16 Kms. / 01 Hrs. from Tsomgo Lake). Evening back to Gangtok. Overnight stay
at Gangtok.

Day 07: Gangtok Full Day Local Sightseeing
Start for a Full day city tour covering Tashi view point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Flower show, Cottage Industry
and Handicraft Centre (Closed on Sunday and 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month), Institute of Tibetology (Closed
on Sunday), Dro-dul Chorten, Gonjang Monastery and Banjakhri Falls (maximum 6 hours). Overnight stay at
Gangtok.
Day 08: Gangtok - NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport (128 Kms. / 5 Hrs.)
After breakfast, checkout from the hotel and take the departure transfers to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station /

Ø Toy Train Joy Ride (Darjeeling) : Rs.1800/- (Ticket Price + Service charge + GST) Per Person on
the day of Darjeeling local sightseeing + Rs.1500/- per vehicle car halting charges.
 Ø Budha Park : Rs.1200.00 per car on the day of transfer from Gangtok to Pelling or vice versa (If
Namchi / Chardham already included in itinerary)

ID card / Pass-port / Driving License) for processing the permit. Aadhar Card / PAN Card - not
acceptable for issuance of the Permit.
Ø Permit also require for traveling to North Sikkim (Lachung & Lachen). Requires 02 more copies of
passport size photographs along with original photo ID proof.
Ø As Innova is low chassis car and not ideal to travel Tsomgo Lake – Baba Mandir / Lachen & Lachung
. Alternative in Luxury vehicle like Scorpio / Xylo will be provided.
Ø A maximum 06 tourists including children are allowed in 01 Scorpio/Xylo/Innova with maximum
luggage 5-6 medium size baggage in a vehicle. In case the number of heads traveling increases
or the guests are carrying more luggage, then the guest will have to take another additional
vehicle at a supplement cost or pay directly for the extra vehicle.

About Vehicle:

Ø We provide exclusive vehicles in our packages.

Ø Non a/c Wagon-R for 1-3 Pax including child.
Ø Scorpio/Xylo/Innova for 6 pax including child.
Ø If guests are booked for luxury vehicle, Scorpio/Xylo/Innova will be provided as per availability.
Ø Maximum 06 heads are allowed in 01 Scorpio/Xylo/Innova including child. In case the number
of heads traveling increases, then the guest will have to take another vehicle.
Ø Most of the hotels do not have parking place & vehicle cannot be parked in front of the gates
for longer period hence guests should wait at the reception 5 minute before the departure to
avoid the inconveniences.
Ø Due to vehicle-parking difficulty, most of the areas are restricted to entry of vehicle & specific
time is allotted for entries. Kindly follow the time strictly as given to you.
Ø In No Parking Zones, the vehicle will get parked in an available parking area. In such a case, you
will have to wait for the vehicle to come to your designated area. Please be patient as the
driver will have to come through traffic. Please coordinate with the driver

About Transfers:
Ø Transfer from Bagdogra/NJP railway station will be provided from 06:00 hrs. To 17:00 hrs.
Ø All hill destinations are 3 to 5 hrs. Drive from station or airport. So, we do not recommend
traveling in inadequate day light.
Ø In unavoidable circumstances the guest may have to stay back at Siliguri at an additional cost.
Ø If there is any late arrival at NJP railway station, we suggest the guest, considering their safety
that they should stay back at the station. Our representative will meet and arrange their
transfers at 6:00 a.m.
Ø Keeping in mind the road condition of any hilly region, the guest should decide upon themselves
(with their train and flight timings) as to when they should start the departure transfer. We
suggest a buffer time of 2 hours at least.
Ø All transfers from Gangtok / Pelling / Darjeeling to onward destinations will be provided
either in morning from 07:00 a.m. to 08:00 a.m. or in afternoon from 01:00 p.m. to 02:00
p.m.

For Luxury Vehicles

Please note that this Luxury Vehicle (Scorpio/Xylo/Innova) will be provided to the guest for the
complete tour. The vehicle changes every day/Sector wise & will be on contract as per the itinerary.
This vehicle is not on disposal. Also while opting for Luxury Vehicle please informs the guest to travel
light with minimum baggage of one piece per person. In case of excess baggage, the guest will have
to opt for an extra vehicle for carrying the excess baggage. The cost for this will be directly paid by the
guest on the spot. Maximum 06 Heads (Including adult & children) will be allowed in a
Scorpio/Xylo/Innova. AC of this luxury vehicle will only operate in plain & not in hills.
In case the guest is opting for Scorpio/Xylo/Innova, inform the guest to travel with minimum baggage
of one piece per person. In case of excess baggage, the guest will have to opt for an extra vehicle with
an additional cost for carrying the excess baggage. The cost for this will be borne by guest directly.

About Hotel:

Ø Check-in 14:00 hrs. / Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.

Ø The tourism infrastructure in Sikkim & Darjeeling is not very developed and one should not
expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations there
is always scarcity of water and power in the region and so you would come across situation
like water (hot) being supplied on time basis – morning & evening.
Ø Room Heater available with an extra cost Borne by the guest directly (Except at Premium+,
Premium & Luxury categories)
Ø Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to base category of rooms.
Ø A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory.
Ø For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the
hotels only provide extra mattress or roll away bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of
an extra bed.
Ø Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the
total number of days in each destination and without compromising with any services.
Ø In the area almost all the hotels do not have a lift facility and in all the hotels the guest will have
to climb stairs. In case if any guest is having problem of blood pressure, knee or other ailment
for which they cannot climb the higher floors they will have to intimate us during the time of
booking so that we can try to arrange rooms at the lowest possible floor of the hotel enabling
the guest to climb the minimum number of stairs.

Nathula Pass: (We can not give you any guarantee for nathulla pass but we will try)

Ø The Permission for Nathula Pass is completely subject to availability.

Ø Nathula visit is subject to availability of permit & road condition. It can be done on the same
day with Tsomgo Lake – Baba Mandir, except Monday and Tuesday. Only limited permits are
issued by the Sikkim Tourism Department before 24 hrs. of tour (OR on the day of tour
depends on road condition) to those travel agencies registered with Sikkim Tourism
Department on Rotation basis. It is closed on Mon & Tue. NAME, ADDRESS, AGE & GENDER
i.e. naming list of all guests traveling are required for processing of permit. Normally
organizing permit at the eleventh hour is not possible, minimum time required is 72 hours
before the arrival to apply the permit with all documents. We will try our best, but in case of
non-availability of permit, the tour will only be till Baba Mandir. In case the permit is available
one can opt for the trip with the supplement cost
Ø It is mandatory that guest should carry photo proof identity card such as Voter Id / Passport /
Driving License and passport size photograph & Sikkim Travel Card. (Aadhar Card / PAN Card
- not considered as a valid ID proof). For above 05 yrs. child School ID card is valid.
Ø Process for Foreigner, OCI & PIO Card holder are completely different, kindly inform us well in
advance to plan out the itinerary accordingly.
Ø As permit is mandatory and very limited number of permit are issued per day for visiting
Nathula, Guest have to travel by any car whichever is available (like
Xylo/Scorpio/Maxx/Bolero/Sumo) as per permit issued. We cannot give any choice on Vehicle
type. This is to inform you that in order to control and send more tourists to Nathula pass, the
department of tourism after consulting with travel agents laid down the following rules :-
 Ø The Indian Army allows visiting Nathula from 11:00AM to 12:30PM only. Guest have to start
early from Gangtok. If guest makes delay in starting ex Gangtok we cannot guarantee the visit
in spite of having confirmed permit.
Ø In high season limited permit will be issued by authorities. We will try to get the permit but if
we will not get the permit then we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.
Ø Please note if Nathula pass permit not done due to weather conditions / Land slide / any other
reason than we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.
Ø Also note that if Nathula Pass permit is issued and due to any other reason they can’t visit
Nathula Pass then we are unable to refund anything.
Ø In case of less than 6 people from one travel agent the Department generally clubs small
numbers with another travel agent’s small number of tourists just for 4 km up and down
before Nathula pass. Now in this case it might so happen that the guests might have to leave
their vehicle and board some other vehicle with other guests or other guests may join them
in their vehicle or for groups and multiple cars it might so happen that the guests who has
paid for certain number of vehicles might have to accommodate in lesser number of vehicles
as per the instruction of the Permit Office at Sarathang (04 kms before Nathula Pass). In that
case no refund would be applicable.

General Information:
Ø Please inform your guest to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will
advisable by our executive.
Ø The tour executive reserves the rights to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes
necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band, security reason etc.
Ø Kindly inform us if the guests are senior citizens or have health related issues (like arthritis, heart
problems etc.) or any such matter which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries
will not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly.
Ø The security concerns, driver's working hours etc. will be kept in mind while planning the tour
and sightseeing.
Ø We try to ensure that the sightseeing points do not fall on a closing day. Incase due to inevitable
situation if the sightseeing falls on a closing day, it will have to be left out. Conducting that
particular tour or sightseeing point the next day will be subject to time availability. Weather
in the region is unpredictable. We have kept your sightseeing related with nature flexible.
Ø The region's prime tourist interest in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities
available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations.

5. Necessary photo id proofs and photographs to process permits (ILP) as per rule.
6. Tour division will get back to you with your booking reference no (File number) along
with confirmations with the payment details within 12hrs. In case you do not hear from
us within 12hrs, please re-send the query once again.
Payment Policy:
1) Any confirmation is subject to an advance deposit of 60 % of the package cost and has to be paid
immediately upon the confirmation.
2) Balance Payment has to be made in advance before 30 days of arrival .
