APARTMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT

This is legally binding agreement. It is intended to promote household harmony by


clarifying the expectations and responsibilities of the homeowner or principal tenant
(landlord) or tenant. All parties shall receive a copy of this document.

Terms and Conditions:
Length of the agreement: ONE YEAR (unless terminated prior).
 The tenant would be liable to pay their monthly rental before the end of the month to
the landlord.
 The tenant would be liable to make any repairs if they broke/damage any home
utilities.
 The Tenant agrees that no person other than the individuals listed below are
permitted to occupy the Premises without prior written consent from the Landlord or
additional fee.
 The Tenant is responsible for keeping the premises in clean and sanitary condition.
 The landlord (homeowner) has a right to terminate the contract if the tenants did not
follow their responsibilities.

Rent:
Monthly payment for amount of ________________________________(P_________).
Monthly payment does not include utility bills.
 Electricity: (Submeter) Tenant pays 100% of monthly bill.
 Water/ Garbage: Tenant pays 100% of monthly bill.
 Wi-Fi/ internet access: Tenant pays 100% of monthly bill.
Security Deposits
One month advance and one month deposit an amount of Sixteen Thousand (16k) as
security deposit.

The security deposit may be used for the purpose for repairing damage for which the
tenant responsible (beyond normal wear and tear), cleaning or unpaid rent or utilities. The
Owner or Renter shall conduct a pre-move out inspection of the rental BEFORE the Renter
moves out at which time Owner shall I form the Renter of needed pairs. The Renter shall
have the right to make any repairs identified at the pre-move out inspection at his or her
expenses.

This CONTRACT will take effect this ______day of _________until the end of the contract.
This contract will be extended defend if the owner and tenant want to extend their rental.
