years, it adopted digital tools such as Adobe Illustrator reflecting a broader industry shift
from manual to digital design.
experiential non- empirical knowledge

appreciated by our clients. Although I did not conduct a formal survey, consistent
feedback across multiple sessions confirmed this trend.

FIELD WORK PROCEDURES
During my internship, I was actively involved in various field work activities like camera
study that provided me with practical exposure and hands-on experience in the film
industry. These procedures were essential in bridging the gap between theoretical
knowledge acquired in the online and real-world professional practice. The field work
procedures I followed were structured and aligned with the objectives of the internship,
aiming to develop my skills, enhance my creativity, and familiarize me with digital
industry standards and workflows.
This section outlines the key procedures and steps I undertook during the field work,
including planning, preparation, execution, and reporting. These procedures not only
guided my day-to-day tasks but also ensured that I carried out my responsibilities
effectively and professionally under the guidance of my supervisors.
information collection procedures
During my internship, information is collected through observation, participation in
activities, interviews with staff, and review of documents and digital materials. Interns
attend briefings, take notes, keep journals, and receive feedback on their work. They may
analyze sample projects or case studies to gain deeper understanding. All information is
gathered ethically, respecting confidentiality and consent.
DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATION OF EXPERIENCE
introduction
The experience introduction during the internship helped me understand the
organization's structure, operations, and work culture. It provided a foundation for
adapting to the workplace and contributing effectively. However, challenges such as
limited orientation time and lack of detailed guidance affected the initial learning process.
To improve future experience introductions, I recommend implementing a structured
orientation program, providing a detailed internship guide, assigning mentors, allowing
more time for introduction, and establishing a feedback system. These steps will help
interns integrate faster and perform better in their roles.
discussion of it experiences
During the internship, my IT experience involved applying theoretical knowledge to real-
world tasks such as system maintenance, software installation, troubleshooting, and basic
networking. I gained practical skills in using different tools and platforms, collaborating
with team members, and following IT support protocols. Despite some challenges with
unfamiliar systems and time management, the hands-on experience significantly
enhanced my technical abilities and problem-solving skills in a professional IT
environment.
conclusions
In conclusion, the internship provided valuable practical experience that enhanced my
technical skills, professional development, and understanding of real-world Graphics
designer. It bridged the gap between classroom learning and industry training, building
confidence and competence. Overall, the experience was rewarding and instrumental in
preparing me for future career opportunities.
recommendations
To improve future internship experiences, it is recommended to provide a well-structured
orientation, assign mentors for guidance, offer clear task instructions, and ensure access
to necessary tools and resources. Encouraging regular feedback and creating learning
opportunities will also enhance intern growth and productivity.
